Pick the network
SMSFlash accepts USDT on two networks. BEP20 (BNB Smart Chain) usually has a network fee of about $1 and is recommended. TRC20 (TRON) usually costs about $4 in network fees. Always send on the same network you selected; sending on the wrong network can lose the funds.
Send the payment
Open the Top up page, choose the network and copy the wallet address or scan the QR code. Send at least $5 in USDT from your wallet or exchange. Exchanges deduct their withdrawal fee, and your balance is credited with the amount that actually arrives.
Submit the transaction ID
After sending, copy the transaction hash (TX ID) from your wallet or exchange and paste it on the Top up page. The payment is checked on-chain automatically. Each transaction ID can be used only once.
If something goes wrong
If a top-up is rejected, check that you used the right network and address and that the transaction is confirmed. Contact support with the TX ID if you need help.
